  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme (or 1 teaspoon dried thyme)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine the chopped peaches, honey, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until the peaches are soft and the mixture is slightly thickened.
  3. While the sauce cooks, pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and thyme until well coated.
  4. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove the saucepan from heat and let it cool slightly. Blend the sauce using an immersion blender or transfer to a blender, and puree until smooth.
  6. Once the wings are done, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the hot honey peach sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
  7. Return the coated wings to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the glaze is sticky and caramelized.
