Instructions
- Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the linguine and cook according to the package instructions, until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water and drain the rest.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until the garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften.
- Pour in the white wine (or chicken broth) and let it simmer for 2 minutes, allowing the alcohol to evaporate and the flavors to meld.
- Add the seafood blend to the skillet, stirring occasionally, and cook for 5-7 minutes until the seafood is opaque and cooked through.
- Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste. If the sauce needs more liquid, add the reserved pasta water gradually until the desired consistency is reached.
- Toss the cooked linguine in the skillet with the seafood and sauce, ensuring each strand is coated. Stir in the fresh parsley.
